No, you don't need to be home during the service. However, we do ask that you provide access to the areas to be cleaned and remove any obstacles or valuables.
What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with our service, we offer a satisfaction guarantee of 48 hours, and will return to address any areas of concern at no additional cost.
